The mandatory annual membership fee for each IOJT entity is in the amount of $1,000 USD, payable in full within 30 days of receipt of this invoice. If additional time is needed to remit your payment, please fill in the blank line on the attached membership fee invoice and submit it to the IOJT Executive Committee for consideration. Requests for partial or full waiver of your membership fee should also be directed to the IOJT Executive Committee with a statement specifying the reason(s) for your fee waiver request. It is very important for you to include the full and complete name and country of your institute in your wire transfer to ensure proper credit of your payment. I also ask that you please email me when your wire transfer is sent and I will respond to you with an email to confirm receipt of your payment. Unfortunately, each year we experience a number of institutes who fail to include their complete identity and country in their wire transfer and/or fail to email me when their payment is sent. As a result, we are unable to determine the institute’s identity and the entity is not shown in our records as a paid IOJT member.
