The operation will be geotechnical and geophysical with Rotv, Rov and
multibeam,
Wide berth is requested with 500m for Stril and approx. 150 for Ping.
Duration is planned for 25 days but all weather depending.

Thank you for the information, but one more thing. Will this
operation somehow obstruct the navigation? What kind of surveying is
taking place? Might it happen that navigational warning is not necessary
at all?

As we have to compile a navigational warning about this survey,
we also need to know when this operation is finished. Are the surveys
continuous from the 7th of December, with no break? If it is possible to
predict, so when the surveys will attend in Estonian waters?

Notice to Mariners information
Good afternoon
Survey vessel Ping / SFC6727 and Stril Explorer / LATZ7, will
start a survey operation in Gulf of Finland.
Ping starts the survey will start on the 7th of December and
Stril Explorer at the 15th of December.
Both vessels is watching VHF channel 16, working channels as
appropriate and according to GOFREP procedure.
Wide berth is requested.
