Raudteeveeremite registreerimine
Arvestades AS-i WagonPro poolt 19.10.2017. a raudteeveeremite registreerimiseks esitatud
taotluse sisu, raudteeseaduse § 67 lg 1, 2, 4 ja 8 alusel:
otsustan
registreerida riiklikus raudteeliiklusregistris käesoleva otsuse lisas nr 1 nimetatud 59
platvormvaguni omanikuks AS-i Luminor Liising (äriregistrikood 10237140) ja valdajaks AS-
i WagonPro (äriregistrikood 14251485).
Isikul, kes leiab, et käesoleva haldusaktiga rikutakse tema õigusi, on 30 kalendripäeva jooksul
arvates haldusaktist teadasaamisest õigus esitada vaie Tehnilise Järelevalve Ameti
peadirektorile (Sõle 23a, 10614 Tallinn, e-post
[email protected]) haldusmenetluse seaduses
sätestatud korras või kaebus Tallinna Halduskohtule (Tallinna Kohtumaja, Pärnu mnt 7, 15082
Tallinn, e-post
[email protected]) halduskohtumenetluse seadustikus sätestatud
korras.
