As the Centre of Excellence funding cannot be used to directly cover all the expected expenses of the project (namely those costs accrued by the hospitals, which are not positively evaluated research institutions), the Ministry hereby confirms with this letter: in the case of a positive Centre of Excellence funding decision for the project in question, the Ministry will submit a funding proposal to its in-house analysis committee ( analüüsikomitee ) to consider covering the costs that are not eligible for the Centre of Excellence funding.
