We would like to have clarification concerning RAASEPORI 90.4 MHz objection which is causing confusion? You have
already made cancellation of objection to LOIMAA 104.9 MHz wich is OK, but RAASEPORI is already recorded to ITU
database and was not included in those 71 TB3 notices. There were 70 notices agreed and one notice had objection
by Estonia and it was LOIMAA. Our TB3 notices included one RAASEPORI 92.3 MHz and it was agreed.

agreements will be processed further as requested.
2. 01 notice (see attached file FIN_GE84_20170721123133_obj.txt) having received objection (see attached)
from the Administration of the Republic of Estonia (EST) cannot be processed (Pursuant to section 4.6 of the
Agreement, the publication of a proposed modification to the Plan in Part B requires agreements from all
administrations that are identified as affected). However, if agreement has been obtained subsequently from this
objecting administration, your Administration is invited to provide the Bureau with a copy of the relevant
correspondence from it and to resubmit the TB3 notice for processing together.
