I would like to present our compliments to the Ministry of Health of the Republic of
Estonia and thank for your interest in participation in the Satellite Ministerial Meeting,
which will be held in the framework of the Third Summit of First Ladies and
Gentlemen that is to take place on 6 September 2023 in Kyiv, Ukraine.
In this regard, we would kindly ask you to provide the Ministry of Health of Ukraine

with the list of members of your delegation to abovementioned event, including the
following information: Full name, Position, Organization, Contacts (cellphone, email,
contact person if applicable), Passport number, Date of birth. We would kindly ask you
to send this in the form a table by August, 18, 2023.
Passport number and date of birth are required for security reasons for admission to the
location.
We are taking all necessary measures to provide participants of the meeting with the
appropriate security arrangements for a safe stay in our country.
Thereby, we are booking train tickets and ask you to consider if the following schedule
and route would be appropriate for your delegation. Please also choose the option of
returning back.
