Dear Sirs
we are shipmanagement company of Estonian origin with main office in Riga
considering to take an icebreaker for a timecharter or a bareboat charter
for a
summer season of year 2017 for a period of abt 3-4 month (July -
October). The
icebreaker is intended to be used as an individual icebreaking supporting
craft for
one or two of vsls under our operations in Russian North Arctic region
approximately at/from port Dikson to western part of East-Siberian sea,
which
region so will include Yenitsei river mouth, straits of Vilkitskogo,
Sannikova and
Lapteva.
If you may consider yr icebreaker Tarma fit and available for such job
then kindly
pls send us full description/specification of Tarma including
consumption, single
voyage endurance duration and copies of main certificates.
Also appreciate to hear freight hire idea.
