Saatja: Interdept <[email protected]> Saaja: Interdept Teema: New judge and President of the Constitutional Court of Moldova Dear colleagues, I would like hereby to inform you that following the resignation from office of Mr Tudor PANȚÎRU as a judge and President of the Constitutional Court of Moldova, Mr. Mihai POALELUNGI was appointed as the new constitutional judge. Moreover, on 16 March 2018 the Plenary of the Court elected Mr. Mihai POALELUNGI as the new President of the Constitutional Court of Moldova.
