Dear Mare,
In accordance with IMO Circular Letter 3347 IHS Maritime & Trade
(formerly IHS Fairplay) is responsible in collating annual Tonnage
Assessment figures for each of the Flag Administrations which are then
forwarded to the IMO.
As mentioned in our previous presentations Flag Administrations are
encouraged to forward details and arrange data exchanges with IHS
Maritime & Trade (formerly IHS Fairplay). This will ensure that the
figures presented by us to the IMO are accurate and correctly reflect
the vessels presently under each Flag Administration.
To ensure the IMO Tonnage Assessment fleet lists, which will be sent
out at the beginning of July 2016, are received by you in a timely and
efficient manner please could you kindly confirm that the below
mentioned contact details we hold are correct. If any of these details
have changed or you require any additional names to be added please
kindly let us know.

When fleet lists are sent out a full explanation on procedures /
time-frames to follow are clearly defined.
