Please be noted that the Estonian Numbering Plan is a closed numbring plan where operator�s blocks are absent. The single number may be booked by the holder of the numbering authorisation based on the quantitiy of number within the limits of the quantity of numbers specified in the numbering authorisation. The communication service provider can use telephone numbers and mobile telephone numbers according to their numbering authorisation and booking to organise the telephone or mobile telephone network or parts or provide a telephone or a mobile telephone service, and provide herewith connected communication service and also give them to the client�s use. Top Connect has numbering authorisation for approximately 1.7 million mobile telephone numbers and since the number ranges are rather fragmented it is very hard to tell you the exact number ranges. In terms of termination rates, according to regulation wholesale market for voice call termination on mobile networks in Estonia there are three SMP undertakings: Telia Eesti AS, Elisa Eesti AS and Tele2 Eesti AS. Top Connect is not a subject of regulation and it is free in business option. Top Connect main business target is outside of Estonia and domestic call termination service is practically not in use in Estonia.
