Hea koostööpartner!
Selleks, et planeerida töid ja ressursse ning osutada paremat teenust,
soovib RTK hankeüksus Teie sisendit 2024. aasta hankevajaduste kohta.
Hankeplaani koostamise osas oleme teinud lühikese videojuhise, mille
leiate SIIT <https://youtu.be/QkWVTxJCbNw> . Ettekande slaidid on kirja
manuses.
Sisendit palun manusesse lisatud vormil hangete osas:
1. mille puhul on vajalik hankeleping sõlmida 2024. aastal või 2025.
aasta jaanuaris-veebruaris (sh I kvartali sisendis esitatud hanked); ja
2. mille eeldatav ilma käibemaksuta maksumus on vähemalt 30 000
eurot.
Palun lepingu sõlmimise soovitava aja märkimisel arvestada menetlusaegade
ja lähteülesande valmimise ajaga. Hankeplaani sisend koos
otsustusõigusliku isiku kinnitusega palun saata manuses esitatud tabelina
hiljemalt 15.01.2024 aadressile <mailto:

[email protected] või vastusena sellele e-kirjale. Tabel palun esitada
excel formaadis ning tabelis esitatud tulpasid ja andmeformaate muutmata.
Juhul, kui teil tekib küsimusi tabeli täitmise osas, siis palun võtke
