On behalf of the President of the Constitutional Court of Albania, Ms. Fiona Papajorgji, we would like to extend our sincere appreciation for your valuable input and the spirit of cooperation demonstrated during the drafting and review process of the Questionnaire for the XXth Congress of the Conference of European Constitutional Courts (CECC), “Freedom of Expression – Fake News as a Threat to Democracy.”
We are pleased to share with you the updated and final version of the Questionnaire, which is attached to this email in English, French, and German.
We are deeply grateful for your commitment and continued support, and we look forward to further fruitful cooperation in the framework of the upcoming Congress, to be held in Tirana, Albania, from 3 – 5 May 2027.
As a gentle reminder, we would be grateful if the completed Questionnaire could be returned by the end of the year, so that we may prepare the general report with the received contributions in time for the Congress.
