Participants will be expected to arrive on 14 October, and the conference itself is planned to take place on 15 October. Departure of delegations is envisaged for 16 October. The invitation shall be extended to the President/Chief Justice of your esteemed institution and to one additional member. The Constitutional Court of the Republic of Bulgaria would be honoured by the participation of your Court and kindly invites you to reserve the above dates in your calendars.
